STRONGER. LEANER. MORE FIT. Why We’ve Evolved Our Group Programming at Senergy Fitness

At Senergy Fitness, we don’t just follow trends — we build programs that drive results. After years of running a successful group programming workout format, we’re leveling up. Starting in November, with a full launch in January, we’re rolling out a restructured weekly workout schedule designed to help you build muscle, burn fat, recover better, and keep your body guessing in all the right ways.


What Changed — And Why

Our previous schedule was consistent — with a weekly structure as follows:

  • Monday: HIIT&UPPER (Upper strength + conditioning)
  • Tuesday: HIIT&RUN (Pure Cardio)
  • Wednesday: HIIT&LOWER (Lower strength + conditioning)
  • Thursday: HIIT&CORE (Core work + conditioning)
  • Friday: METCON (Compound exercise, fast paced, little rest)
  • Saturday: HYBRID HIIT (Full body strength + conditioning with compound and isolation exercises)

While the workouts themselves changed weekly, the structure remained familiar – and with that consistency came predictability.

By introducing more strategic variation to the weekly flow, we’re giving your body and mind new challenges to keep progress steady, results noticeable, and motivation high!


The New Weekly Format

We will now rotate training focus in an even more strategic way. Every workout has a clear identity — and every day is designed to hit a different system.

We’re rolling this out as a soft launch in November, with full campaign activation in January 2026. Expect fresh formats, clearer class focus, and better results — all inside the same supportive, high-energy environment you love.
